Payments made through Razorpay for any services, subscriptions, or features on CanApp are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or legally required.
🔹 2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

You were charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical issue.

You made a payment but did not receive access to the feature/service within a reasonable time.

You were charged incorrectly (e.g., wrong amount).
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Razorpay processing charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
🔹 5. No Refund Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Service was used partially or completely before refund request

Delay caused by user's network/device issues
