Thank you for choosing CanApp. We value your trust and are committed to ensuring a smooth experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.

🔹 1. General Policy

Payments made through Razorpay for any services, subscriptions, or features on CanApp are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated or legally required.

🔹 2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same service due to a technical issue.

  • You made a payment but did not receive access to the feature/service within a reasonable time.

  • You were charged incorrectly (e.g., wrong amount).

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

🔹 3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Mobile number or email ID used for registration

  • Payment date and transaction ID (from Razorpay)

  • Reason for refund
     

🔹 4. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Razorpay processing charges (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.
     

🔹 5. No Refund Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • User changes their mind after payment

  • Service was used partially or completely before refund request

  • Delay caused by user's network/device issues
